If you are not completely satisfied with your Inspired Paper purchase, you may return your merchandise within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a credit to your credit card for the amount of your item after we receive your package. To return an item, please refer to our policy below. Returns If your return is not due to a Inspired Paper error, and you would like to receive a refund, simply follow the instructions below. - Mail us and include customer information, returned item information, and reason for return.
- Enclose the Packing Slip in the package with your merchandise. Write your order # and mailing address on a label and affix it to the left corner on the outside of your package.
- Ship the carton via an appropriate carrier in the same type of box that it was originally shipped in.

Please return your items in the original condition that they were shipped. We are unable to give refunds for damaged items. Credits After the warehouse has received and processed your return shipment, Inspired Paper will credit your credit card the purchase amount for the item(s). An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you letting you know that your credit card has been credited.
